Our sessions are held both outdoors and indoors and incorporate cardiovascular and strength training, boxing, circuits, metabolic conditioning and overall muscle toning exercises.  Our expert team of fitness trainers encourages, inspires and supports, whilst challenging you to achieve new levels of health and vitality within a teamwork setting.  

 

Our BootCamps are the friendly fun BootCamps that produce real results whilst catering for all ages and fitness levels.

Lunchtimes

Classes are held every day 12.30-1.15pm

Afternoons

Wednesday 5.40-6.40pm

*NOTE: All ‘Glebe Park’ participants have access to free parking and the chance to Shower at our gym, Glebe Park Fitness (located next to Glebe Park) after their workout.

MEMBERSHIPS

Our Bootcamps Only membership is a flexible contract and we can suspend for times away due to illness, vacation, work travel etc,..  This membership entitles you to access all bootcamps and group fitness classes on our timetable at a very reasonable $31 per week, payable by direct debit.

 

Our Unlimited Membership combines the Bootcamps Only membership as well as all the benefits of the Basic gym membership for only $5 per week more. * A $59 start-up fee applies to all memberships.  This fee is waived for all eligible Corporate Members.

 

Not sure?  Purchase a 10-pass and you only pay for the sessions you attend.
