BOOTCAMP FAQ

I'm kind of out of shape. Is bootcamp for me?

Absolutely!  Our sessions are catered for all levels and ages, from the very unexperienced exerciser wanting to shed some kilograms for better health, to the experienced fitter person looking to reach new fitness goals or prepare for a Tough Mudder, or other fitness challenges.  We know it can be a scary first step, but we are here to help you all the way and are very good at giving easier and harder options so everyone works at their ability level.

 

Can I start at any time or do I have to wait for the start of a new term/month?

With our new Bootcamps Only membership, you can join anytime!  Gives us a ring or come in and see us and we'll get your membership started!

 

Do I need to bring anything along to Bootcamp?

Please bring a water bottle and a hat.  Some regulars choose to bring a towel or yoga mat (especially if you have grass allergies).

 

Can I make up sessions?

Your membership entitles you to all bootcamps and classes on our timetable so if you are unable to make it to your regular session you are welcome to attend any other session that works for you.

 

What if I show up late?

Please be on time as we move around from session to session, and you might not find us... but you may as well run around and try!  If there is wet weather we will have a nominated 'wet weather venue', talk to us about that.  If you know you're going to be late just have the conversation with the instructor ahead of time.
