BOOT CAMP

Our popular Canberra bootcamps are located at Glebe Park, commencing in the gym. The perfect combination of cardio & strength with an emphasis on teamwork and fun, our sessions are suitable for all levels of experience & fitness.

XpressFit

A fast paced, efficient lunch-time class using a variety of equipment including ropes, kettlebells, deadballs, boxes and more! 

Arguably the fastest way to get fit, expect strength gains and fat loss.  All levels of ability catered for.

FIT & FUNCTIONAL

This class aims to build functional movement and strength for everyday living.  Perfect for our older population or those looking for a more gentle option.  We will focus on mobility, flexibility and building foundational strength.
