Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Master Trainer, Punch Fit instructor, Kettlebells Levels 1, 2 & 3, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, CPR & Senior first aid, Pelvic Floor, Older adults

What do you love about your job?
The people. I love the personal connections. There is a real buzz in coming up with a personalised program for clients to address their specific needs.  When I see clients transform physically over time, with a shift in their thinking, lifestyle and habits towards health, it is very rewarding.

Your passion outside of work?
Organic market shopping, and cooking, friends and family
