What are your qualifications?

Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation, Qualified Personal Trainer, Level 1 Sports Trainer, Registered with Fitness Australia, CPR and first aid.


What do you love about your job?
As an elite athlete when I was younger, health and fitness has always been a part of my life. To be able to get out there and help people deal with injury, chronic conditions, or to educate them in how to lead a healthy and active life is so exciting and rewarding. Having been through serious injury myself, I love to be a support person to others and to help prevent injury where possible.

Your passion outside of work?
Spending time with family and friends, ballet, reading, and playing with my dog, cat and Guinea Pigs!

Chocolate and hot chips!

Your Go-to Karaoke Song?
Anything by Shania Twain or Celine Dion! 

 

Favourite Dance Move?

I don’t know if my moves have names….

 

How do you stay in Shape?

I attend the gym 4-5 days a week, outdoor bootcamps and walks around the lake. I also attend an adult ballet class which is a laugh! Anything to bring some variety into my week!
