What are your qualifications?

Cert 3 & 4 in fitness, Master Trainer, Punch Fit instructor, Kettlebell instructor level 1&2, ZUU instructor level 1&2, ANKORR instructor level 1, CPR & Senior first aid.

What do you love about your job?

Helping the average person to become better than yesterday. even the best they can be while comparing themselves to nobody else. 

Bringing back the sense of community, engaging to develop human interaction through touch and encouragement in the modern technological environment. 

Your passion outside of work?

Family, being active.

Maintaining and restoring classic cars.

Coffee along with something with a crunch

Your Go-to Karaoke Song?
Do not have one, there is no way you would get me singing full stop lol  


Favourite Dance Move?

Minding the drinks, my kids would tell you its the shopping trolley 


How do you stay in Shape?

After powerlifting goals were meet now a lot of bodyweight functional training, training within ZUU groups trying to inspire someone to go that little bit harder, push out that one more rep.  Adding extra dimensions to bodyweight training. Lifting heavy stuff style is a love even though I have moved away from it in recent times I will venture back within workouts to keep that flame burning strong.
