Cert III and IV in Fitness, PunchFit Instructor, First Aid and CPR
What do you love about your job?
I love sharing my passion for fitness and healthy lifestyles with other people. I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals and love seeing them satisfied with the changes they make in their lives.
Your passion outside of work?
I love learning languages and I speak Chinese and French. I am always trying to squeeze some practice in wherever I can. If you speak one of them, come and say hello!
I love ice-cream. I'm pretty sure I have sources all of the places in Canberra for the best icy treats. If I'm not training I'm probably eating ice-cream.
Your Go-to Karaoke Song?
Wannabe by the Spice Girls, it's so catchy!
Favourite Dance Move?
I have just started learning Salsa so I would have to say anything Salsa!
How do you stay in Shape?
I try to train 4-5 times a week. I usually do a mixture of strength and cardio training. I often test out my bootcamp classes on myself before I run them so you can be sure you will be getting a great workout!
