Fit – N – Lean in 2019 Challenge

Join us as we tackle 2019 with a Challenge aimed at taking you to greater fitness, better body composition and more confidence! 

During the 6-week Challenge you’ll have unlimited access to all classes on our timetable.  We run early morning, mid-morning, lunchtime and after work sessions as well as additional Saturday sessions so there are plenty of options to chose from.  There will be information sessions where we’ll discuss the role of nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress.  You’ll find out the what’s, why’s and how-to’s and will get a chance to focus on those areas of your health during the Challenge.


You’ll earn points to take with you to the finish line!  Attending sessions, completing the ‘workout of the week’, winning the ‘workout of the week’ in your category, bringing a friend along to classes or info sessions, posting to our facebook page,… all of these and more (eg: fat loss and muscle gain) will earn you valuable points towards the prize. 


You can enter as an Individual or as a Team of 2 and there will be prizes for each category.  Not that you’re doing it for a prize but it can be that extra motivation in the final weeks that take you through.  Prizes include: 3-month Unlimited Membership with Glebe Park Fitness, Niulife coconut products hamper and movie vouchers.


You’re never alone as you work to turn around your health and fitness.  We will support you with healthy recipes, workout ideas and some friendly competition.


We’ll kick off our Challenge with an InBody Scan and a meet-and-greet session on Tuesday February the 12th.  You’ll get to see who you’re up against/who you’re in the trenches with.  The scan will give you some benchmarks to work off of then it’s game on!


Along the way we’ll have info sessions which are valuable in helping you make changes in the short term but will set you up for success going forward.  You’ll learn the tools to maintaining your new weight and to continuing on to your goal.
